TIP Oral Immunotherapy

Traditional treatments teach tolerance to ONE food and require LIFELONG daily dosing.
TIP retrains the entire immune system and ends with TRUE REMISSION — no avoidance, no fear.
TIP offers a safe and lasting solution for those:
From 18 months old to 50 years old
With a history of food anaphylaxis
Managing multiple food allergies, including the Top 9
With underlying health conditions (Asthma, Eczema, EoE)
Disqualified from other allergy treatments
The story of Josh
Watch Josh Walker's Food Freedom Story.
“I had never been to an Asian restaurant in my life. Now I know what I was missing."
Josh Walker joined TIP in 2019 after years of being told by allergists that avoidance was his only option. In 2021, Dr. Clark shook his hand and said: "I no longer consider you anaphylactic." His first stop after remission, a restaurant in Chinatown. Eggs, nuts, chopsticks, and everything he'd spent his whole life avoiding.
TIP doesn't manage your food allergies. It ends them.

Am I too old to start?
TIP treats adults up to 50 years old. Age alone is not a disqualifying factor.
If you have a history of food anaphylaxis and fall within the eligible age range, you may be a candidate. The fastest way to know is to complete our 5-minute assessment.
Will this affect my work schedule?
Most patients manage treatment alongside full-time work, including those who travel frequently. Clinic visits happen every 6-12 weeks. The rest of your treatment is designed to fit around your professional life, not replace it.
I've tried OIT before and it didn't work. How is TIP different?
OIT treats one allergen at a time and requires lifelong daily dosing to maintain tolerance. TIP treats all your allergens simultaneously and ends at true remission — meaning no ongoing dosing, no maintenance protocol. They are clinically different programs with fundamentally different endpoints.
I travel frequently for work. Is this realistic for me?
Yes. TIP was built for patients who cannot visit a clinic every week. Our medical team supports you through every phase of treatment wherever you are. We also provide full travel and accommodation coordination for out-of-state patients.
How is this different from what I've tried before?
TIP's core difference is its endpoint: true remission, not desensitization. If you've previously tried OIT, elimination diets, or other management protocols, those programs were built to help you live with your allergy, not to end it. Bring your treatment history to your free consultation and our team will walk through the clinical differences with you.
When will I receive my custom treatment plan?
You'll receive your custom treatment plan during your second in-person visit, called the Launch appointment. This is when your personalized journey officially begins, with a plan designed specifically for you or your child based on the results from your first visit.
